The church at LaVergne is a friendly congregation, actively involved in the Lord's work. We believe in the authority of the Bible as God's divine message to man, and we advocate and strive for the unity of Jesus' one church the world over.

Members of the church of Christ look to the New Testament record for authority in all doctrinal matters. The church of Christ has no earthly headquarters, follows no creed bookand seeks to be the same church which the first Christians of the New Testament were members of - Christ's one church.
