(This lesson is to help you think back and try to remember the circumstances concerning your salvation.)

1) Have you ever made a commitment to the Lord?     Yes or No
    a promise, a dedication, a statement
 


2) Have you ever been saved?    Yes or No
     How were you saved?  Belief in your heart? accepted Christ?   
      1 Peter 3:21,


3) Did you accept Christ as your personal Savior?    Yes or No
    How did you accept Christ?  Through belief in His name?  Is obedience the same as acceptance?  Did you understand what you were doing?
 


4) Were you saved and your sins forgiven when you accepted Christ as your personal Savior?   Yes or No
How did you know that you were saved and your sins forgiven?  You had a feeling, a preacher told you that you were, you prayed the “sinner’s prayer”?
 


5) Have you been baptized?      Yes or No
    By what means?  Sprinkled, poured, immersed?
