Debated at Shiloh church in Chester Co. Tenn.
The subject was: "The Bible teaches that baptism to a penitent believer is one of the conditions of pardon of past or alien sins." Wright argued the question well. Murdaugh did his best, but his best was a complete failure. The debate was conducted in a spirit of love toward each other and the people at large. I believe the seed sown will bear fruit after the debate . Bro. Wright baptized two. Bro. Wright preached the gospel without coating it.
