November 30 - December 4, general church proposition debated at Poplar Springs, Stewart County, Tennessee in a Baptist settlement and well attended.
I consider I. B. Bradley one of the strongest men we have in the brotherhood in defense of the truth. His arguments are clear and conclusive. No Baptist under the shining sun can answer him. Hargrove did not even try, but would bellow out "Campbellite". Bro. Bradley held himself on a high plane, coming back with God's eternal ruth, and presenting it in such a way that all could see God's plan.
