Report of Debates
February 17, 1910

(By J. W. Chism)

At Mt. Park, Oklahoma I debated Elder Cook, a Baptist. I found him to be a genteel man in debate, but inexperienced. He is about as good as they have, and with more experience would be one of their best. I left the brethren well pleased with my work. I return for a meeting in September.

In January 1910, I went to Brookland, Texas to meet Elder J. L. Killen who is a weak man in debate. He claims to speak five languages and has a pretty good vocabulary in Greek, but seems to know nothing of Greek syntax. This debate passed off pleasantly and all pleased with the manner in which it was conducted.
