On June 3-4, bro. Janes, of Louisville, Ky and Burt White (Adventist) discussed:
"The first day of the week is the Lord's day." The debate was held in the Old Sequatchie College, which the Adventists now own and in which they are running a school. The attendance was large and the order was fine. Like a true soldier of the cross, bro. Janes wielded "the sword of the Spirit" to perfection. His arguments were not met by his opponent, who was better verse in sophistry than he was in the word of God. It will make people think.
