Usual propositions. The crowds were overflowing at each session; even standing room taken. Conduct of both speakers and audience was excellent. Bro. Stovall was cool and calm throughout. He was very smooth and upheld the truth clearly enough for all to see. This is the 5th debate that we have had with Baptists in west Tenn. in the last 20 months. The Baptists have felt the force of the truth at every debate, and many of them have obeyed the gospel already. Two other debates are scheduled.
