First, I think it is appropriate to recognize that we are in the 'last days' of God's dealings with man.  Christ's law is the last message God will send to man.
Is the world perfect today?  Absolutely not.  You recognized that in your posting.  Your question seems to lean in several directions.  First, dealing with all of the problems of suffering in the world.  There is suffering in the world because the world today is not like God made it.  God made a world free from sin and a perfect environment for man. (Gen 3:1-6)  Man through his choices brought sin into our lives and to the natural world.  The items that you mentioned are all caused by sin, either directly or indirectly because of the presence of sin in the world and the fact that sin even impacted the natural world.
You then make reference to a ‘sin free world’ and the fact that ‘we are not sin free’.  This is very true in the fact that we will still commit sin but we can be ‘sin free’ in the fact of God’s forgiveness of those sins through our obedience to Jesus Christ.  By our obedience to God’s will, revealed through His Son, can make us forgiven, which means our sins are taken away.  Does this mean will never sin again?  Unfortunately not.  But it is a promise from God that if we are faithful to Him that His Son’s blood cleanses us from all sin. (1 John 1:7) Hence, as Christians, we can live lives free from the guilt of sin.
Finally, regarding the “End of Time”.  While we are living in the ‘last days’ of God’s dealings with man, we cannot know whether the day will be soon (as man counts time) or in many years or thousands of years.  There is no way to go the scriptures and determine when God is sending Christ to return to the earth (Matt 25:36 among other scriptures teach this) but we can be sure that the day is coming for each of us, whether it be at our death or the second coming of Christ and that we each will stand before the judgment bar of God and give an answer for the things we have done in this life, both good and bad. (Heb 9:27)
Thanks for your posting. I hope this has answered your questions.
