Islam's War on Chirstianity

Many citizens of America naively look at the ongoing wars in the Middle East with ISIS and think that this cannot happen here in America. However, our president and a willing media have been "soft-pedaling" many of the attacks throughout the world and even in our own nation! The news, as this is being written, (other than the liberal media) has been showing the tremendous influx of middle-easterners flooding into Europe. It shows increasing disruption into countries that have no boundaries since the formation of the European Union. They note that the overwhelming percentage of  the "immigrants" are military age young men. It appears to this writer that what Muslims failed to accomplish when they were stopped in their conquest in 732 A.D.by Charles Martell near Tours, France is again being attempted by stealth immigration into Western Europe. The European Union, started in the 1950's, has gradually added countries, and uses their monetary system (the Euro) which started in 1999. The ease of Europeans in travel, since the EU effectively erased the borders of each nation, has facilitated the "immigrants" ability to get into all the EU countries.

When the news does report on the "genocide" executions of "Christians" in the middle east, our news usually leaves out the religious information and it is reported as simply another attack or execution by ISIS. The Obama administration often mischaracterizes a "terrorist" attack as "workplace" violence (Nidal Hasan, who reportedly shouted Allahu Akbar as he began shooting on November 5, 2009 in Fort Hood, TX). To understand the War of Islam against Christianity, we must understand that the very nature of Islam demands war against not only Christianity, but any religion that differs from it. Whereas, Jesus in the New Testament teaches Christians to convert others by teaching (Matthew 28:18-20); Mark 16:15-20; Luke 24:46-50). The Koran teaches conversion by violence. History and the teachings of Mohammed in the Koran confirm this. Notice, "Now when ye meet in battle those who disbelieve, then it is smiting of the necks until, when ye have routed them...Fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you..." (The Koran, Surah 2 192-194). It does qualify it by saying that they are not to be the aggressors, but we fear that many Muslims miss this point or have a perverted view of those who may fight them. They also do their very best to establish Shariah law whenever they can. Where there is opposition to Shariah law, they tend to mobilize against those who oppose its establishment. In addition, when they are in a foreign land, after an appropriate time, they are instructed to "...slay the idolaters wherever you find them and take them (captive), and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush. But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor-due, then leave their way free" (the Koran, Surah 9:1-5). A Muslim's definition of "idolatry" may be loose, since on CAIR's website in the past said they were going to destroy our Statue of Liberty in New York since they view it as an "emblem" of idolatry and replace it with a minaret. That article has since been removed from their website. However, it is abundantly clear that when Muslims immigrate into a non-Muslim country they will try to conquer it in one way or another!

The teachings of Jesus are a clear contrast with that of Islam. In Jesus' Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7), He condemns retaliation, but rather turning the cheek after a blow (5:39). Obedience to civil authorities (Romans 13:1-6). Anyone with a familiarity of history is aware that the United States fought a war with the Barbary powers of North Africa (Muslims) between 1801 and 1805. The Muslims were capturing ships of any Western nation, and either ransoming the prisoners or selling them as slaves. The U.S. Marine Corps hymn line referring to the "shores of Tripoli" was in reference to these wars. Islam today, as interpreted by much of the Middle-Eastern nations, is one of the most dangerous threats to modern society!
