The PURPOSE of a Ministry System is to get every member involved in an area of service.  Congregations which have 51% their members active are growing.  People work best when they work in an area that they want to and they feel that it is  important.  The Commitment is for ONE year only! At the end of 12 months one may re-enlist in the ministry they were in or go to another one. This flexibility helps the members to know they are not locked into something.
