Debate Feb. 22-25 in the exposition bldg. on the Fair Grounds in Center, Tx.
Subjects: Baptism -- apostasy. The debate was well attended. All seats taken the last night.
Guy N. Woods needs little introduction to he brotherhood being known to most through his meetings, debates and as a staff writer of the Gospel Advocate. He presented his arguments in clear and concise form, anticipating this objections of Mr. Garner in such a manner that his opponent was at a loss from the beginning of the discussion. East Texas will long feel this debate. Garner has enjoyed a reputation as a capable debater. Bro. Woods is to be highly commended for his work and the adequate preparation he has made to meet men like Mr. Garner.
