The debate was took place in the city courthouse at Meridian, May 9 - 10, held on a high plane throughout, and is calculated to do much good.
There was a very large attendance each night, and bro. Dunn made a very able defense of the truth. Mr. Swearinger did not consume all of his time in the ast speech. A large number of preaching brethren were in attendance. It had been some time since I had been associated with bro. Dunn in the work of the Lord. He is well and in high spirit. He is always an inspiration to me. The church in Meridian is small. The debate helped them much.
