Two propositions: Baptism for remission of sins; apostasy - two days each. This will be my first debate. I have never desired to debate, but when Newson came to this place (McNairy, Tenn.) And acted like Goliath, defying the people of God, it was more than I could stand. I submitted propositions for him to meet bro. Boaz, but he declined and said he would meet me. So I shall meet him relying on nothing but the word of God. This place is on Mobile and Ohio Railroad. All who come will be cared for.
