J. F. Love vs L. H. Johnson & D. L. Watson (Denomination Unknown)

On the night of Feb. 6 I began a debate near Georgiana, Ala. with L. H. Johnson of Boston, Mass. As Mr. Johnson did not remain but two sessions, the put forward D.L. Watson and the debate continued 3 more nights. They affirmed that baptism and then Lord's supper were under the law of Moses and were abolished in 64 a. d. when the new covenant came into effect. Mr. Johnson is well educated and editor of a paper called The Stumbling Stone, but Mr. Watson is a very common man.
