A 4-day debate between W. E. Sherrill, Landmark Baptist and bro. M.C. Love at Reynolds, Mo. July 12-15.
The Bible alone was the sole authority in settling the usual propositions. Bro. Love ably defended the truth. Sherrill said he would never again agree to debate, using the Bible alone. Good order prevailed. Bro. Love preached afterwards and baptized eight.
