Join us in our efforts to help those in need in our community!
Each Agape bag contains many items needed for
everyday use. As we collect items and fill these bags, members of our
congregation hand them out to those in need around our community.
Each Agape Bag will contain the following items:
- 1 Jar of Peanut Butter
- 1 Box of Ritz Crackers
- 1 Bag of Beef Jerky
- 1 Bag of Dried Fruit
- 1 Can of Mixed Nuts
- 1 Toothbrush
- 1 Tube of Toothpaste
- 1 Stick of Deodorant
- 1 Bible
- Church Information
- Hand-written invitation note to worship, fellowship meal, etc.
- Seasonal:
- Cold months- Stocking Cap, Pair of Gloves, and a Pair of Wool Socks
- Warm months: Lotion and Sunblock
We are asking for donations of as many items listed above as members are able to contribute. You may also donate money towards the bags by making your checks payable to Rockville Church of Christ and putting Agape Bags on the memo line. These tax deductible donations may be placed in the contribution plate along with your regular contributions.
