Steve Richardson, Elder

Steve was born and raised in the Sandridge Commmunity west of Elk City. He graduated from Merritt High School. He retired from Oklahoma County in 1993 where he was the road Superintendent of District #1. His hobbies include fishing, bird watching, woodworking, and other outdoor activities.
