Brad Whinery, Elder
Brad was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and raised in Sayre. He graduated from Sayre High School and attended OCC before completing Mortuary School at Central State University. He also graduated from Sayre Junior College. He likes to travel, snow ski, and watch Nascar Races. He and his wife Glenda have two sons, 3 grandosns, and 2 great daughter-in-laws.
