Micronesia Islands

Micronesia means "small islands".  These tropical islands are situated in the North Pacific Ocean about three quarters of the way between Hawaii and Indonesia.  Micronesia is spread over 3 millions miles of the Pacific and includes over 2000 islands.  The official language of Micronesia is English and religiously are predominantly Christian.
 
Scott Shanahan and his wife, Rebecca, work on the island of Pohnpei.  Scott is involved in conducting worship services, personal Bible studies, and working with the Pacific Islands Bible College. This work is under the oversight of the McDonough church of Christ in McDonough, Georgia.
