Purpose

We at the Hardin County Church of Christ strive to be nothing but New Testament Christians. The Bible is the inspired word of God 2 Timothy 3:16-17, and we follow nothing more or less than what God has commanded us. Christ gave the Apostles the command to communicate His Gospel to all Matthew 28:19-20, and we strive to do just that here in the Radcliff, KY area. For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son for us John 3:16, and this is our mission to communicate this great price paid for all 1 Timothy 2:1-6. Our desire is to tell all of mankind how Christ died, was buried, and arose the third day conquering death 1 Corinthians 15:1-4
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:" "That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works."
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:" "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
"I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;" "For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty." For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; "Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth." "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;" "Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time."
"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;" "By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain." "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;" "And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:"

Luke 19:10 NASB 10 "For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost."

Jesus came to this earth to seek and save those which are lost. This includes all of mankind, for all have sinned and fall short to the glory of God Romans 3:23.Now we being justified by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God has set apart to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins that are past Romans 8:24-25. Upon His ascension into Heaven Jesus gave the Apostles the great commission Matthew 28:19-20 of which we have our purpose today to proclaim.
Our responsibility today is to continue preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For, Jesus is the only name under heaven and earth by which mankind can be saved Acts 4:12, for Jesus is the only way to the Father John 14:6. Jesus purchased the church by His own blood Acts 20:28.

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
"For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?" "But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it."
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:" "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
"And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight."
"Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood."
