Elders Appointed - The men selected by the congregation will be appointed and placed before the congregation in the Sunday morning service.  This will be a day of great joy for the Trenton family.
10:30AM - 11:30AM  Trenton to Install Elders -
For the first time since 1995, the Trenton church of Christ will install new elders.  The elders will be installed during the 10:30 AM service.  Chris Gerber, A.W. "Buddy" McKenzie, Don Puryear and Don Walker will assume the office of shepherd for the congregation.
Please pray for these men and the congregation as this new era begins in the history of this congregation.

Sonny O'Dell Passes -
Sonny O'Dell gently passed into glory around 3pm Wednesday afternoon September 8th, 2010.
He and his wife Helen O'Dell were members at Trenton Church of Christ.  Sonny had battled with cancer for a long time and finally left us to be with our Lord were he will never feel pain or suffering again.  We thank our faithful Father that he is with Him now.

3rd ANNUAL MENS LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE -

The conference will be held at Central Church of Christ in Dalton.  The event is to run from 8a.m. until 1p.m.  It is a great period of study and fellowship that a number of our men have attended in the past.  This year's topic is THE HEART OF A LEADER.  More details are on the bulletin board.

Louise Jones New Daughter -

Congratulations go out to Don and Jamie Walker as their daughter Louise gave birth to her new baby Elizabeth Louise Jones, 8lb 11oz.  Whew.....almost a 9 pounder!!

Garrett Hill -

Garrett, grandson of Charles and Jackie Hill was sworn in as a prosecuting attorney in Jacksonville, FL.  Garrett is a fine Christian young man who graduated from Faulkner and Florida State University Law School.
