Obituary for Milton JonesMilton Jones Jr.Portland, TNpassed away December 28, 2015 at the age of 65. He is preceded in death by his parents, Milton, Sr. and Ruby Jean. He is survived by his devoted wife, Donella; three children, Mishae, Dia, and Kelton; grandchildren, Monnie, Morgan, and Rodney; brothers, Larry (Anita), Michael (Valerie), and Bernard (Shelia); sister, Paulette; sister-in-law, Velda; a host of nieces and nephews; other relatives and numerous friends and brethren in Christ.
Milton served honorably in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. At the time of his death, he worked as a janitor for Portland High School and as a guard for the G4S security firm and the Davidson County Sheriff's Department. Milton was a faithful member of the Creekview Church of Christ in Gallatin, where he served for nearly 30 years.
