A CALL FROM HEAVEN

I just got a call from heaven. God said today is my last day! I started to scream, and then I cried, until I realized I was wasting precious time away. I said "God, thank you for the time you have allowed me to spend, I pray I see you tomorrow, but now I must go because there are some relationships I must mend."

He said, "daughter tell me who?"
I said "isn't better that I just do? "
He said "well maybe I can help. "
"I know you haven't forgotten that one of the biggest miracles I've performed is when Jesus wept?!"

So, I began to name all of the people...I lied to, Cheated on, Cursed out, Hit, Talked about, Borrowed from, still owed, Or simply took from without asking permission to get...

Just then I realized, my life has been a mess. I asked God If I could have just a little more time? And he said he had given more time already, others have had even less.

I then began to get scared because I wasn't sure if tomorrow, I would even make it to Heaven. See, I spent time on earth not being the best ME! Right then I ask God to forgive me of my sins and then I made a promise. That no matter how many seconds, minutes or hours, I was going to be kind, to strangers, family, haters, and friends! No matter what anyone has done to me I will love them unconditionally because TIME was coming to an end.

I knew in order for me to have eternal life with my father.  I can't let negative things become a bother. So, that's when I began to forgive those who also...Lied to me, Cheated on me, Cursed me out, Hit me, Talked about me, Borrowed from me and still owed. Or simply took things from me without asking permission to get.
It didn't matter anymore because I was preparing for a life that was bigger than THAT!

I looked at the clock and asked God now that I have asked for forgiveness and I have forgiven, how much time do I have left?
He said "my child you have all the time that is needed, more than enough, it's just been extended because you are no longer living for SELF! You're now living for ME!!!! Just like LIFE was intended to be.

Today, treat others the way you want to be treated. You can do all things through Christ...Philippians 4:13
