Thanksgiving Eve Singing

Join us on the eve of Thanksgiving for singing and a light meal (we have to leave room for the big day!). The singing will start at 8:00pm and continue until we are ready to leave. Finger foods, drinks and desserts will be served throughout the evening in the fellowship room. More>>

Ladies Holiday Ornament Swap

This event is for our ladies from college age up for a fun night of fellowship. Please sign up in the lobby or at our new Online Registration if you are interested in coming to this event. It will be held at the building following evening services. More>>


Opryland Trip

The senior and teen trip to Opryland is on December 7th. We will eat at Bob Evan's before going to the hotel to see the lights and decorations. The van will leave for the building at 5:30pm.



Holiday Movie Day

Holiday idea! There is a movie coming out called Rise of the Guardians. We would like to get a BIG group together and all go on Saturday December 8th at Malco in Smyrna! This is a great way to kick off the Christmas holiday as a church family. More>>


Men's Retreat

The men's retreat will be Jan 18-19th at Camp Meribah in Centerville.


Friday night singing

We will be attending the Friday night singing at LaVergne. It starts at 7:00pm. If you want to ride the church van it will leave the building at 6:30. Contact Burt for details.


New Bus!

The church of Christ at Stewart's Creek is pleased to have purchased a new bus. The bus will be used to safely transport our member's to functions and is replacing a well used van! Plans are now being made to use the bus to transport members and visitors to services. More>>


Men's day at East Main

Breakfast starts at 8:00. The speaker is Brad Harrub. See Matt Taylor so he can let them know how many to expect.


Bible Bowl

The team will meet tonight (both the younger and older groups) at 5:00.


Couples date night

Date Night will be February 8th from 6-10. If you are a couple that would like to
participate, please see Julie Brickley for details and sign up on the back table.


Couples' Valentine's Dinner

The annual couples' Valentine's dinner at Buca di Bepo will be on February 9th at 5:00. The menu selections should be returned to Jenny by January 30th and money needs to be turned in by February 3rd. More>>


Couples Retreat

Due to popular demand a second cabin has been added for thd couples retreat. See Penny or Selena if you plan on attending. More>>



CYC will be February 22-24. The deposit is due so please see Matt if you haven't given him that.The bus will leave the building on the 22nd at 4:00pm and will return on the 24th before evening services. More>>


New visitation teams

The new visitation teams will begin in March and are being assembled now (see Penny if you do not want to participate). Team leaders will be the Rusts, Beys/Loftens, Bartons and Dials.


Easter Egg Hunt

Our annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place Sunday, March 24. If you would like to contribute bags of candy or money to buy candy, please give that to Shawn or Mindy Clark. If you would like to help stuff eggs, please see them as well. More>>

5:40 pm Begin arriving at Wren's Nest (on your own) for pictures
6:00 pm Dinner (Italian Baked Chicken, Ham, Bread, Salad, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Dessert)
7:45 pm Get-to-know you games
8:15 pm Speaker Brad Cowen addresses the group
9:00 pm Change clothes for Let it Shine
9:15 pm Load bus for Let it Shine
10:00 pm Let it Shine
12:00 am Travel back to Wren's Nest to gather things
12:45 am Load into personal cars and caravan to home of Brad & Gail Rowley (East Main members)
1:00 am-6:00 am Lock-in at the Rowley's (bonfire, games, ping pong, pool)
6:00 am Breakfast
7:00 am Pick up at Rowley's

What to bring:
Change of clothes for Let it Shine (all clothing MUST be suitable for athletic activities)
Shorts (must be to the knee) or long pants
T-shirt (no tank, sleeveless, or low-cut tops)
Appropriate undergarments
Tennis shoes
Jacket for bon fire
Lounge pants (not low cut or immodest) for lock in
Board games & card games
