Not trying to hit the political hornets nest but Ford just posted their largest 1st quarter profit in 13 years! They didn't take any bail-out money and were free to make good decisions without bureaucratic interference from Washington. Makes me wish the other companies, that stood there with their hand out, would have not taken the money so we would be further along on the road to recovery. Washington's job is not to help companies succeed. Their job is to provide protection and freedom for companies and people to live in the pursuit of success for themselves. The worst word you can even hear are "I'm from the government, and I'm help to help."
