The kids are back in school and although it is still hot fall is coming. That means it is time for Bible Bowl season in Rutherford county. Get you teams organized and ready for a great year!

Bible Bowl Texts Released!

It is time to start another terrific year of Bible Bowl! The texts have all been mailed and are now posted on the web site as well. Let the count-down to September 28th begin. This year will be the best yet and includes a new "buzzer" system that will eliminate some of the challenges we have had in the past. More>>

Another night, another great year!

What a difference a week makes! Just 7 days ago the weather was VERY cold but this week our time together was blessed with mild weather and warm fellowship. The kids did a terrific job and didn't let the delay get in the way of studying the text.

Bible Bowl Postponed

Due to inclement weather Bible Bowl has been postponed from January 6th to January 13th. In the event the weather is bad on the 13th, January's competition will be cancelled.

The kids did so well on the written test. As a matter of fact, 7 teams missed a TOTAL of only 8 questions! This shows how hard the kids are working (not to mention the adults studying with them). Keep up the great work.

We had another great evening of fun and learning. The competition has been close and the fellowship wonderful. Even if you do not have a team please consider coming to next month's competition to see what a good time we all have.

October's Bible Bowl competition is "in the books." We welcomed two new congregations to the group this year. Florence is participating and it is great to have them. There were over 200 people in attendance to compete and cheer the teams on.
