Some Unconditional Promises

There are a number of promises in the scriptures that God has given. Some are conditional and other are unconditional. Salvation is promised in Mark 16:16 , but it is promised conditionally. Jesus said: He that believeth not shall be damned. "shall be saved is the promise and belief and baptism are two conditions set forth in this passage. Other passages may show that there are other conditions that must also be met.

Let Us Consider some unconditional promises:

    1. No more Flood- Gen. 9:8-17

    2. World destroyed by fire- 2 Pet. 3:13-13

    3. Death- Heb. 9:27, 1st Cor. 15:22, Eccl. 3:2, 9:5, 12:7

    4. Christ will come again- John 14:2-3, Acts 1:9-11, Matt. 24:44, Rev. 1:17

    5. Resurrection - John 5:28-29, Acts 24:15

    6. Judgement - Heb. 9:27, 2nd Cor. 5:10, 2nd Tim. 4:1, Rev.20:11-15, Acts 17:31

Your attitudes , words and actions will not keep any of the  above things from occurring.  God promised them!!!!!
