God's will is for all men and women to be saved. It is never His will  for any person to commit sin. God hates sin. Since rape is a sin, it cannont be God's will. The answer to the second part of you question, can be difficult for some-but I believe that a life is formed at the point of conception; any voluntary act that would stop the birth process, is an act that takes a person's life.

I wish I had your job.
