We have to realize that we live in an sinful world. Satan is allowed by GOD to roam & influence whomever he has the ability to. Do you remember in the book of Job , when the Devil's response was " going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it." In 1 Pet. 5:8, " Be sober, be vigilant; because you adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour". Do you realize the Satan is the Father of ALL EVIL. Rape is sin, rape is evil ( PERIOD ) Consider this scripture. " He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil 1 Jn. 3: 8
So can the act of sin be GOD'S WILL , ( Impossible )
Remember there are rules, and exceptions to the rule, that question is an exception.
Any life that is giving is a blessing from GOD, but not the sinful act, whether it's by force or voluntery.
Remember sin is sin. Sin is the transgression of the law 1 Jn. 3:4
