How to Protect Yourself & Others from Coronavirus (COVID 19)

 Older adults and people who have severe underlying medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing serious complications from COVID-19 illness. More information on Are you at higher risk for serious illness(please see at bottom of page).

People Who Are at Higher Risk for Severe Illness

 

COVID-19 is a new disease and there is limited information regarding risk factors for severe disease. Based on currently available information and clinical expertise, older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditionsmight be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19.
