Purpose

We Believe In New Testament Christianity

We are striving to abide by the Word of God in word and deed (Colossians 3:17). Therefore, the Bible alone is our rule of faith (1 Peter 4:11). The Bible is the inspired, authoritative word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17). It is God's truth (John 17:17) and have all that men need that pertains to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3).

Our purpose is to help save souls of all men and women with the gospel of truth (Romans 1:16; Mark 16:161 John 2:1-2).

Good news! In 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 We learn that Jesus died for our sins, was buried and raised on the third day. In view of this great news, are you wondering what you need to do to be saved?
When you follow this simple gospel plan of salvation, the Lord will add you to His body, the church (~Acts 2:38-47~; ~Ephesians 1:22, 23; 2:16~).

"And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him (Colossians 3:16)."
"If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (I Peter 4:11).
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:" "That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works (II Timothy 3:16-17."

Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth (John 17:17).

"According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue (II Peter 1:3):"

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek (Romans 1:16)."

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned (Mark 16:16).

"My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any
man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:" "And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world (I John 2:1-2)."

"For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;" "And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures (I Corinthians 15:1-13):"

"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (Romans 10:17)."

"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6)."

"I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins (John 8:24)."

"Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God:" But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God (Matthew 10:32-33).

"And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?" "And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." "And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him (Acts 8:36-38)."

"I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish (Luke 13:3)."

"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:28)."

"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord (Acts 3:19)."

And last but not least one must remain faithful until death (Revelatians 2:10)
