Pray for Boldness, Not Just Protection

Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness. Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus. After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly.

Father, Christianity seems to be under constant threat in these modern times. It seems like it's the only religion that the world thinks it's OK to discriminate against. Remind me that this is exactly what the enemy wants and that I must be bold in speaking up for truth, righteousness, and love in spite of the worldly opposition, Lord. So use me and my words to Your everlasting glory. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
