Jim Adams was admitting to Hamilton hospital, room 112A, last night (Thursday). He was in respiratory distress. The diagnosis this morning was double pneumonia, congestive heart failure. They suspect some heart damage. More>>

CDT, to join with fellow-believers as we contemplate the worsening situation in Syria and, specifically for the USA, possible military operations; a time of prayer and fasting for the advent of peace and tranquility, for the kingdom of God to have reign and rule in the region; a time of prayer and fasting on behalf of all who are involved, directly or indiectly, in this situation, especially for the Syrian people who have suffered so much, for so long, in this civil war. Anita came through her knee replacement surgery and is doing pretty well, except for some nausea. She is doing some walking and therapy and will probably come home on Saturday. Jim was moved to Dove Hill Thursday afternoon and his blood sugar seems to be better. More>>

Tim's dad, Charlie Tutor (of Las Cruces, NM), came through a very successful surgery this morning and early afternoon. The doctor reported that things were straight-forward, with no surprizes. The Monte Horne family will be heading to Houston this Saturday, 10/15, to welcome Carlos, Idalmi and baby Elen Rivera from Honduras, as they make their first visit to the States.
