Interesting Conversation

I had a very interesting conversation the other day. The conversation was about several subjects. The one subject that really perked my interest was that about GOD. My co- worker stated that GOD was not OMNIPRESENT, he said that, that the bible does not say that GOD is everywhere. My response was if GOD knows what each one of us do, meaning 10 billion people in the world, how does he know what were doing if he is not everywhere. The word OMNIPRESENT is not in the Bible, but the implication is. I gave him the example of, Moses. I stated that when Moses was about to lead the children of Israel out of Egypt, God told Moses to tell him that I AM who have sent you. I then told him that GOD was the Alpha & the Omega, the Beginning & the End, the First & the Last. When you put all of those together, the conclusion you come up with is GOD is everything, everywhere & ALL & ALL. This person is very intelligent, but his problem is that he thinks of himself more highly. The Bible says that we walk by faith, not by sight. There is a story in the Bible about doubting Thomas. It states that he did not believe that Jesus had risen from that dead. Then when he seen Jesus, he placed his finger in his side, in his hand, Then he said to Jesus, MY LORD & MY GOD. Jesus replied, you believed because you have seen, blessed are those who believe & have not seen. Friend always uses philosophy & logic on everything. I told him that the Bible is based on faith. It states that GOD uses the foolishness of preaching to confound the wise of the World. I guess the other day I received a first hand demonstration. I asked him what if he was wrong about all of his conclusions. His reply was, Ill have to deal with the consequences. What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his on soul? Answer:  NOTHING
