THE OLD, OLD STORY (2)
4/17/2025

"The old, old story, the sweetest ever told,/ Entreats the wand'rers to come back to the fold,/ Where safe from tempests and dangers they may be,/ And safely sheltered thru all eternity./

"The old old story of God's great glory,/ We'll keep on telling to earth's unnumbered throng,/ With hopes grown fonder, some day up yonder,/ With glad free voices, we'll sing redemption's song." [Allphin, 1944]

"For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy." Psalm 61:3

Today's to do: use the old, old story as a way to encourage the unfaithful to become faithful again; remember that Christ offered safety; be thankful He cares so much for me He was willing to die just for me; have a good day.
