"On the tree of sorrow Jesus died for all,/ Took upon Himself our dross;/ As I see Him there I long to ever live/ In the shadow of the cross/
"Are you living in the shadow of the cross,/ Where the Savior took your place?/ By the cross He'll lead us to that home above,/ There we'll see Him face to face." [Brostrom, 1936]
"But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:" Philippians 2:7
Today's to do: take my mind back to my Savior hanging on the tree; realize it was my sin that took Him there; live my life always cognisant of what He did for me; have a good day.
